As part of the 44 lot residential subdivison, Redbank Rise, in Seymour, Victoria, Girdwood Contracting undertook the landscaping package of work including:

  • Railway buffer zone consisting of native plants

  • Security fencing of railway reserve

  • Construction and planting of retardation storage

  • Revegetation planting of existing waterway

  • Removal of rubbish

  • Reconstruction of headwall/bridge structure from railway reserve

  • Planting of street trees

  • Concrete footpath to access new playground

  • Granitic footpaths allowing connectivity to the new estate and native parkland

  • Street furniture and bollards
